Welcome to the Booking Creation feature! This guide will walk you through the process of creating a booking seamlessly.

🚚 How to Make a Booking (Super Simple!)

✅ Step 1: Choose Where You're Starting From​

  • Tap the Start Location box
  • Type your starting point, you can now choose from Google-suggested addresses or your Saved Addresses for faster selection
  • To change the address type, click change address type located at the end of the text field
  • Pick the correct option from the list

✅ Step 2: Choose Your Destination and Stops(If Needed)​

  • Tap the End Location box
  • Type your destination and select it from the suggestions
  • To add extra stops, tap the ⋯ menu and choose Add Pickup or Add Stop
  • Type each location and select it
  • Repeat for additional stops as needed

👤 Step 3: Select the Customer​

  • Tap the Customer Name box
  • Start typing the name
  • Pick the right one from the list
  • Tap Next to continue

📋 Step 4: Fill in Booking Details​

  • Check the Address and Company Name
  • Tap the Date to choose when the pickup and delivery is for (Required)
  • Add the Contact Person’s Name (optional)
  • Enter the Phone Number (optional)
  • Type any Remarks or special instructions

✅ Step 5: Final Confirmation​

  • Double-check the Address
  • Choose the Truck Type and Load Tonnage
  • Enter the Estimated Price
  • Tick Send Notification if you want updates sent to Customer
  • Tap Submit — and you’re done!
