📦 Close Booking – Easy Guide for Operators

Welcome! This guide will help you to Close Booking step by step. Just follow along — it’s simple!

ℹ️ Note: Only POD Completed bookings can be selected and can be closed.

  • Step 1: Tap & Hold the booking from booking dashboard.

  • Step 2: If you want to close more, tap those too.

  • Step 3: Look at the bottom part of your screen, Press the 'Close' button.

  • Step 4: You will see a message pop up (alert box). It will ask you what to do.

    • ✅ No – This means Don’t close the booking.
    • ❌ Yes – This means Close the booking now.
