Create Truck Maintenance

The Truck Maintenance module is designed to record, track, and manage all service and repair activities for trucks.

By creating a maintenance record, can ensure:

  • Accurate logging of service dates, suppliers, and costs

  • Easy tracking of truck performance and upkeep history

  • Quick access to edit or review past maintenance records

This helps maintain fleet reliability, reduce downtime, and control expenses effectively.

Step 1: Open the Truck Maintenance Form​

-Navigate to the Truck Maintenance module

-Click on the Create New icon

-The Truck Maintenance form will open

Step 2: Fill in Truck & Maintenance Details​

-Verify the date or change it by clicking the date field and selecting from the calendar

-Select the truck number from the dropdown

The tonnage and chassis number will auto-fill

-Choose the code/category as Lorry Maintenance and select the supplier

-Enter the description and amount

-Select the credit terms and provide the invoice number

Step 3: Submit & Manage Records​

-Upload the required document

-Click Submit to save the record

-The entry will now appear in the Truck Maintenance table

-To edit:

Click the ID of the record Press Edit, make changes, and Save

✅ With these 3 steps, you can easily create and manage truck maintenance records in the system.
