Get Acknowledgement List API

Introduction

Returns Acknowledgment rows for the tenant filtered by inactive status (TmsConstants.INACTIVE), invoice date range (yyyy-MM-dd via convertFromDateString / convertToDateString), and an acknowledgement number filter string passed to AcknowledgementService.getAcknowledgementListWithDateFilter.
